Annex no. 1 – Booking deposit
1. Payment of the reservation deposit applies to all TUL students who apply for accommodation at the TUL dormitory in the academic year 2026/2027. Payment of the reservation deposit applies to applications included in the 1st and 2nd rounds of accommodation.
The amount of the booking deposit is CZK 1,000.
2. Available means of paying the booking deposit
a. online payment by card: after login at https://iskam.tul.cz/, via the ČSOB payment gateway - instant payment option
b. payment by bank transfer (only from bank accounts maintained in the Czech Republic): You can find your variable symbol and account number after login at https://iskam.tul.cz/.The deposit must be credited to the dormitory account no later than 30 June 2026. In the event that the deposit is credited to the account from 1 July 2026 to 23 August 2026, the application will be considered as late submission and included in the 2nd round of accommodation allocation. Applications for which the deposit will not be credited to the dormitory account by 23 August 2026 will be cancelled /the deadline of 30 June 2026 does not apply for students entering the 1st year of bachelor's and First Year of Master's Studies (Teacher Training for Primary Schools)/
Attention: bank transfers are processed with a delay!
c. by depositing cash at the dormitory reception or at the Accommodation Office
3. Cancellation (annulment) of the application can be done prior to 23 August 2026 inclusive:
by electronic form, by email at us.koleje@tul.cz or personally at the Accommodation Office.
The deposit will be refunded non-cash. It is necessary to have filling the account number at the accommodation system ISKaM (only bank accounts maintained in the Czech Republic can be specified). Students who did not pay the deposit non-cash and did not specify the account number at ISKam system can pick up the deposit refund in cash at the Accommodation Office till 30 September 2026 including.
4. Students who start accommodation in the dormitory in the academic year 2026/2027 on the start date (see "Schedule for starting accommodation in the academic year 2026/2027"), shall have the deposit included in the first payment of the rent.
5. From students who do not cancel the application for accommodation in the prescribed manner by the set deadline (see Article 3) and have not started accommodation on the given date, the deposit shall forfeit
