Information on Accommodation for the First Years of Bachelor's and First Year of Master's Studies (Teacher Training for Primary Schools)

Basic condition is admission to study at TU of Liberec and cashless payment of dormitory rent.
- Application for Accommodation
The application for accommodation at the dormitories of the TU of Liberec in the academic year 2026/2027 is submitted by students electronically after registration on the dormitory website https:/iskam.tul.cz/.

Submission of applications for accommodation for students entering the first year of bachelor's and master's studies takes place electronically from July 1, 2026 to August 23, 2026.
Information about preferred dormitory, room and roommates is not binding, accommodation reservation will be determined by the Accommodation Office depending on the capacity of the dormitories
NOTICE: A prerequisite for the inclusion of the application for processing is the payment of the "Booking Deposit" in the amount of CZK 1,000 and the completion of the telephone contact in ISKaM!
Note: A rolling waiting list will be opened at ISKaM on August 24, 2026. Applications submitted to this waiting list will be processed gradually according to the available capacity of the dormitories. Students do not pay a reservation deposit for applications placed on this waiting list.
- Payment of dormitory rent
The daily dormitory fee is set at the dormitories of the TU of Liberec, so the amount of the dormitory rent varies according to the number of days in the month. Dormitory rent is paid retrospectively, by the 15th day of the following month.

Bring with you for starting accommodation
- valid ID or passport
- without submitting a valid ID or passport, the student will not be accommodated
- deposit in the amount of CZK 5,000 (international students outside the Slovak Republic)
- one ID photo for dormitory card
Notice:
- if you do not start the accommodation within the specified period, the accommodation reservation will be forfeited
- it is possible to get accommodated in the dormitory in your absence with a power of attorney with an officially verified signature, the form can be downloaded at: https://koleje.tul.cz/
You can find out final information about the assigned dormitory from 12 September 2026 at the webpage: https://iskam.tul.cz/, the processed application has to be in an “approved status”. (we do not send notifications about the assigned dormitory)
