Accommodation´s fees for the academic year 2026/2027 can be paid by cashless payments only.
- Direct debit – the account owner arranges a written direct debit authorization with the bank and bring this to the Accommodation Office. Authorizations submitted by September 30, 2026 will be included in the deduction of the dormitory fee for September 2026. Authorizations received after this date will be included in the following billing period. Do not enter a variable symbol! The direct debit authorization does not expire, the student can use one authorization for the entire period of study. The direct debit payment will always be deducted from the account on the 10th of the following month, if this day is a working day. The exact amount of the dormitory fee for the given month will always be deducted. The last direct debit payment in the academic year 2026/2027 will take place on May 10, 2027. You can also enter the direct debit into the ISKaM accommodation system yourself (https://iskam.tul.cz/login)
- One-off transfer - at the beginning of each month you have to find out the exact amount of the rent for the given month. You have to arrange for this amount to be transferred to the TUL account. As a result of the daily fee the amount of the rent for each month changes. You can find out the amount and variable symbol after login at https://iskam.tul.cz/login
- Standing order - if you wish to pay by standing order we recommend that you set up a time limit (max. to May 2027). You must determine the amount of the payment yourself so that it covers the actual amount rent. As the dormitory fee changes slightly each month (as a result of the daily fee) you will have a little excess. overpayments will be settled in last month of the accommodation, when the final settlement of payments and deposit will be made at the reception (in cash). You can find out the variable symbol after login at https://iskam.tul.cz/login
