Applying for Accommodation for the Academic Year 2020/2021

• the application shall be filled in by any student who wants to live in the dormitories in the academic year 2020/2021
• the application for dormitory accommodation in ac. year 2020/2021 can be submitted via an electronic form
• if you want your health restrictions to be taken into account when allocating accommodation, it is necessary to provide a medical certificate to us.koleje@tul.cz
• the amount of the deposit for the cancellation fee is 500, - CZK
• in the event that the student submitting the application is accommodated in the TUL dormitory, the deposit for the cancellation fee will be paid non-cash to the debit of the dormitory account. If the dormitory rent is not subsequently paid according to the accommodation contract, the application will not be included for processing.
• in the event that the student submitting the application is not accommodated in the TUL dormitory on the day of submitting the application, advance payment of the deposit for the cancellation fee shall be paid by a one-time payment order or cash deposit in favour of account no. 109954211/0300. This deposit must be in the above account no later than on 10/7/2020. In the event that the deposit is credited to the account later than the given date, the application will be considered as late submission and included in the second round of accommodation allocation. If the deposit is not paid, the application will not be processed.
• the application can be cancelled by electronic form or e-mail (at us.koleje@tul.cz) prior to 13 September 2020 inclusive
• after this date, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer to all who cancelled the application, to the account specified in the accommodation application
• students who start accommodation in the dormitory in the academic year 2020/2021 on the start date (see "Schedule for starting accommodation in the academic year 2020/2021"), shall have the deposit included in the first payment of the rent
• from students who do not cancel the application for accommodation in the prescribed manner by the set deadline (13 September 2020) and have not started accommodation on the given date, the deposit shall forfeit
