Schedule for Submitting Applications for Accommodation in the Academic Year 2025/2026

Internal Instructions of the Kam TU Manager

Thursday, 1 May 2025: Beginning of applications for dormitory accommodation in the acad. year 2025/2026 (does not apply to students entering the 1st year of bachelor's and 1st year of master's studies -Teacher Training for Primary Schools, who apply for accommodation from July 1, 2025)

• the application can be submitted only via the electronic form at https://iskam.tul.cz/, for access use your university login data (canteen, email TUL, LIANE), or register newly on the website

• the application shall be filled in by any student who wants to live in the dormitories in the academic year 2025/2026 (including foreigners) 
• if you want your health restrictions to be taken into account when allocating accommodation, it is necessary to provide a medical certificate to us.koleje@tul.cz
• information on the booking deposit see “Annex no. 1 – Booking deposit”   
• during the subsequent processing of applications, following criteria are evaluated:
• request for the same accommodation as in the previous acad. year (accommodation status as of 30 April 2025)
• the date of submission of the application, the date of payment of the booking deposit,
• year of study
• completed telephone contact in ISKaM (section "Basic information" - "Mobile" - number including area code)

• information about preferred dormitory, room and roommates is not binding, accommodation reservation will be determined by the Accommodation Office depending on the capacity of the dormitories
• due to capacity reasons, accommodation in single rooms will not be possible from beginning of the academic year 2025/2026, it will be possible probably later during the year
• in blocks D, E, F pull-out beds will also be used, if you wish to be guaranteed accommodation in a double room, please apply for accommodation in blocks A, B, C or double rooms in blocks D, E, F

Monday, 30 June 2025: The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation included in the 1st round of accommodation allocation (the deadline of 30 June 2025 does not apply for students entering the 1st year of bachelor's and First Year of Master's Studies, who can apply for the accommodation till 24 August 2025)

Applications submitted after this deadline will be included in the 2nd round of accommodation allocation.

Sunday, 24 August 2025: The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation included in the 2nd round of accommodation allocation electronically (Sunday, August 24, 2025, the last date for crediting the booking deposit to the dormitory account).

If you are interested in submitting application for accommodation after this deadline, contact the Accommodation Office!

NOTICE: A prerequisite for the inclusion of the application for processing is the payment of the "Booking Deposit" in the amount of CZK 1,000 and the completion of the telephone contact in ISKaM!
