Timetable for entry to accommodation in the academic year 2026/2027

Round I accommodation:

 Dates of arrivals for the 1st round of accommodation:  

Warning:

- if you do not check in to the dormitory on the dates indicated, your reservation will be forfeited

- You can find out final information about the assigned dormitory from 12 September 2026 on the webpage https://iskam.tul.cz/, the processed application has to be in an “approved status”.

Alternatively, you can contact the Accommodation Office by email to us.koleje@tul.cz (we do not send notification of the allocated dormitory).

Round II accommodation:

Monday, 21 September 2026 to Friday, 25 September 2026

- arrival is possible daily between 08:00 - 15:00

- the remaining capacity of the TU Liberec dormitories will be occupied, or if not all applicants for a dormitory are satisfied, the situation will be resolved individually

It applies to students who:

- they have not submitted the "Application for accommodation in the dormitory in the academic year 2026/2027" by the given deadline, i.e. by 30 June 2026

-  they did not pay the reservation deposit of CZK 1,000 in time (by 30 June 2026)

(applies for 2nd and higher years of studies and students entering the 1st year of follow-up master studies and doctoral studies)        

Bring with you for starting accommodation

• valid ID or passport
• deposit in the amount of CZK 5,000 (international students outside the Slovak Republic)
• without submitting a valid ID or passport, the student will not be accommodated
•  ID photo for dormitory card

It is possible to get accommodated in the dormitory in your absence with a power of attorney with an officially verified signature, the form can be downloaded at: https://koleje.tul.cz/, section “Ke stažení”
