Schedule for Submitting Applications for Accommodation in the Academic Year 2021/2022

Saturday, May 1, 2021: Beginning of applications for dormitory accommodation in the acad. year 2021/2022

• the application can be submitted only via the electronic form at https://koleje.tul.cz/zadosti/, for access use your university login data (canteen, email TUL, LIANE), or register newly on the website
• the application shall be filled in by any student who wants to live in the dormitories in the academic year 2021/2022 (including foreigners) 
• if you want your health restrictions to be taken into account when allocating accommodation, it is necessary to provide a medical certificate to us.koleje@tul.cz
• information on the deposit for the cancellation fee see “Annex no. 1 – Deposit for the cancellation fee”   
• during the subsequent processing of applications, following criteria are evaluated:

• request for the same accommodation as in the previous acad. year (accommodation status as of April 30, 2021)
• the date of submission of the application, the date of payment of the deposit for the cancellation fee,
• year of study

Wednesday, June 30, 2021: The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation included in the 1st round of accommodation allocation.

Applications submitted after this deadline will be included in the 2nd round of accommodation allocation.

Sunday, September 12, 2021: The deadline for submitting applications for accommodation included in the 2nd round of accommodation allocation electronically (including credited payment of the deposit for the cancellation fee to the dormitory account).

The above given deadlines apply to students enrolling in acad. year 2021/2022 to 2nd and higher years of studies and students entering the 1st year of follow-up master studies and doctoral studies.
